Taku for Commons&Sense magazine--Tokyo, Japan

I'm enjoying the "Immaculate Studs" included in this story by the same name: shot by Taku and styled by Tsuyoshi Noguchi for Commons&Sense  man magazine. Commons&Sense brings you style via Tokyo. I need to know where I can find this harness. I enjoy the way it's actually one piece, and connected to the belt (at least that's how it appears). It's a soft S&M vibe--an everyday S&M, if you will.
