Konrad Parol

Konrad Parol began a career in fashion designing for women. Now, he has turned his attention to menswear. With this look, I'm enjoying the volume of the coat--especially the hood--when paired with the leggings that have their own interesting shapes on the ankles and crotch.

Fashion156 is Back and Going Camping

The latest Fashion156 story features the work of Katie Eary and Lu Flux--Suit below. The styling done to the Lu Flux suit for the shoot is definitely and improvement to the pieces in the raw as seen in the pic from the Lu Flux site. 156 makes the pants and jacket nice and snug. Day Birger et Mikkelsen Fall 2010

The Military mind and look at influence in Day Birger et Mikkelsen Fall 2010 collection. I'm enjoying the knit pieces and also the blue chinos. Also nice is the styling using layers and a great pair of jeans supported by boots.

Zara--August 2010

There is usually something that I find with Zara that gets me. I'm enjoying the current lookbook and campaign featuring Tobia Sorensen and Sean O'Pry. I'm usually down with Zara's coats, but I am also digging the boots right now. The photography, models, pieces, and looks are all working well.
   
Great oversize collar, roughness paired with tee, sweater and jacket pairing, and the final pic: I enjoy the overall look--navy--but particularly the accentuated  tongue on the boots.

Nuno Gama AW 2011

I'm enjoying this thoroughly. The AW 2011 collection from Portuguese designer Nuno Gama.
Though I am not too sure about the use of wrestling masks on the runway, I am all in for the bohemian feel and rich materials--particularly the sweaters, coats, jackets, (buckled and buttoned), suits, and colorful scarfs. And the boots...love the knee-highs. Pics from Fashionisto HERE.
